Foundations Course: Everything You Need to Feel Confident Talking to Your Kids About Sex
Foundations Course: Everything You Need to Feel Confident Talking to Your Kids About Sex
Foundations: Principles and Tools to Be The Go-To Source For Your Kids Sex Education
Research shows that kids want to talk to their parents about sex – no matter their age. They probably don’t know how to bring it up, and they may wrinkle their nose and act grossed out or embarrassed, but your children want you to be their safe place to ask questions and feel understood. If they can’t talk to you, where will they turn?
Sex educators follow a formula when talking with kids about sex. I want to share with you that formula with you, along with the insights, knowledge and tools you need to feel confident starting conversations and responding to everyday opportunities to learn.
In the FOUNDATIONS course you’ll learn how to begin and how to integrate your family values into healthy sexual development. With your enrollment you’ll receive::

Hear what what some of our previous participants had to say:
“Kristin's tips were so helpful for talking to kids of all ages about sex, including how their bodies work, healthy relationships, how babies are made and consent. She gave tips for creating opportunities for these conversations and it's so much easier than we think! We learned how to create a vision for our kids to have healthy relationships as adults. I also learned that it's okay not to have all the answers. I left with a new confidence to talk openly with my kids about sex through frequent, simple conversations." Breklyn
"If you’re unsure of when, or how, to talk to your kids about their bodies, sexuality, healthy relationships, or any other remotely uncomfortable topic - you should attend this class. Kristin was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the discussion comfortable and applicable. I highly recommend it, even if your children are just babies. In fact, while your children are babies!" - Aimee M.
